We will design your site to be search engine friendly, as well as creating and integrating social media with your site if requested. Loud Rumor will also create a CMS website, so that you can update the content and images yourself without needing any web design experience. We will help you with writing your content to deliver your message efficiently while using keywords and phrases for better search engine ranking. This package typically starts at around $2,500, but depending on the complexity of your project the price may increase. We are not the cheapest web design company. That's fine. Our custom websites may not be the best answer for you since they do cost more. We put a lot into these sites to make them stand out amongst their competitors. However, you may find our Website Tonight package to suit your needs. It's as low as $5/month and you have the ability to create and update it yourself using our online software. There are thousands of combinations of layouts, themes and colors to choose from.
This depends on your project. A basic website package with under 15 pages (no e-commerce or special programming) can take 2-4 weeks. However, if the project has any special programming or functionality it can take longer. We will always do our best to deliver the project ahead of schedule.
Not a problem. With every proposal we write up for our clients, we allow them to check off features (like video, domains, hosting, social media, etc.) to not only fit their requests, but reduce total price as well.
No. We do all custom web designs to ensure that you will stand out from anybody else that's online.
First, we have a quick interview (usually over the phone) with you to learn the basics of what type of project you will be needing. Then, we are able to write up and email you a proposal within 24 hours. If we fit your budget, we will set up a more in depth meeting (in person if possible) to discuss the details of your site page by page. We then collect a deposit to start work (you can either pay 50% down to start or 100% for a discount). We will quote you with an estimated completion date while keeping you in the loop daily through email. Within the 1st week, we are usually able to show you Phase 1. During this phase you will be able to see the home page layout and theme that we chose for your site (sometimes more than 1 or 2 if necessary). If any changes need to be made, we will do so at this point. If not, then you will approve this phase and we will move on to Phase 2. Phase 2 will take the remainder of the estimated time quoted (or sooner). Once this is done, we will provide you with a private link to view your completed site. Just like in Phase 1, if you want to make any changes we will do so. Once approved by you, we will collect any balance remaining and make your new website LIVE on the world wide web!
We guarantee that your new website will be consistent with the blueprint we created together based on our original proposal and meeting(s). We will also allow you to make 3 adjustments per phase (read previous answer to learn about our phases). Each adjustment is allowed unlimited changes. This should ensure (and almost always does) that you get a website that exceeds your expectations.
We are a company that has clients outside of Arizona. Because of this, we have mastered the ability to complete an amazing website over phone, email and/or chat. We are even able to provide you with a great video using Kinetic Typography. However, if at all possible we do like to meet our clients face to face to better understand their vision and style.

Loud Rumor does not sign up just anybody for our SEO program. In fact, we have a very strict qualifying process. The truth is, you can't guarantee results with SEO. You do! Unlike most web design companies that try to control your site for future work, we let our service and results bring you back. You will own everything you paid for (website, domains, hosting, videos, social media accounts, etc). We even encourage you change your password once finished with us so that you can feel 100% in control of your new products.
Freelancers come cheap. You can find some on Craigslist that will do your website for $300. Hopefully, they actually finish your website, too. Also, hopefully you like your website. If not, what can you do? Loud Rumor is an accredited member of the Better Business Bureau along with many other partners that keep us motivated to continue bringing our clients excellent service and results. No, you don't. We do offer discounts to those that pay in full to start the process, but the standard process is 50% down, 25% after Phase 1 and 25% upon completion and approval. However, if needed we could break up the 50% balance over 6 months or 12 months.
Of course we can! You even get a client discount, too. If you are not our client and need maintenance, then the cost is $100/hour. However, if you ARE a client of ours, then we only charge $30/hour for any changes needed. Keep in mind, you may never need to pay anything since we design all our sites as a CMS (Content Management System), so that you have the ability to make any and all changes to content and images yourself without any web design experience!
